Nothing is free. If you try to walk out of Wal-Mart without paying the cost of the cart full of groceries, you won't make it very far.
Sadly, there are many Christians who walk out of church each Sunday who believe living the Christian life doesn't cost them anything.

Father, great was the cost for my salvation. The blood of Your Son was spilled so that I could live for your glory and enjoy You. As I prepare to gather with Your people, prepare my heart to worship You. Lead my thoughts as I hear Your Word proclaimed. Guide me into a response that honors You. I submit my life to You. Amen.
